A proud moment for SDM English Medium School as its student Kum. Anisha Arol D’Souza brought laurels to the institution by securing First Place in the Shot Put (Girls – Under 16) category and Second place in Discuss throw(Girls – Under 14) at the Bangalore School Olympics Athletics Championship.

The championship was organized by Youngsters Sports Promoters Trust & Youngsters Sports Club and held at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium on 11 January 2026. Nisha represented SDM English Medium School and delivered an outstanding performance, showcasing her dedication, strength, and athletic excellence.

The achievement was recognized with a Certificate of Merit, presented in the presence of sports officials and organizers. This success reflects the school’s commitment to promoting sports and nurturing young talent alongside academics.
