The District-Level Bhagavad Gita Recitation Competition was held in Mangaluru on 23rd November 2025 as part of the Bhagavad Gita Abhiyana 2025 and Gita Jayanti celebrations. The event was jointly organized by Shri Bhagavad Gita Abhiyana Samiti, D.K., Sonda Swarnavalli Mahasamsthana, Sirsi, Mangaluru Sanskrit Association, and Ramakrishna Pre-University College, Bunts Hostel.

We are proud to announce that Adviti Rao, a student of SDM English Medium School (State Syllabus), Ujire, participated in the Gita Recitation Competition and secured the First Place at the district level. With this remarkable achievement, she has been selected to participate at the State-Level Competition.

The School Management and Headmistress, Mrs. Vidhyalaxmi Nayak, congratulated her for this outstanding accomplishment and extended their best wishes for her performance at the next level.
